Hi Elise,
I think that your research is well rounded in telling us what has been apparent for ages. It's ridiculous to think that women cannot even receive the same benefits as men even in the highest of positions. Do you think that this wage gap only gets worse the further down positions go, in terms of salary? Because you did mention that while women were making the same kinds of salaries as men (in this position), it's the benefits that were discrepant.

Hi Elise! I was drawn to your project because conversation about the wage gap is diminishing and I believe more people need to know more about gender inequalities. I learned from your data that the wage gap between executives between males and females is prominent and does exist. In addition, the gap becomes more prominent when looking at compensation and bonuses. I wanted to learn more about intersectionality with wage gap. Is there a bigger gap when keeping race constant. In addition, is the wage gap more or less prominent depending on the job?

Hi Elise! Your project really stood out to me since I have always been really interested in the gender wage gap discourse and its impact on women in business. I learned just how significant the wage gap is, totaling in an almost $1M+ difference in wages. Do you see this gap diminishing in the near future?

Hi Elise! You poster stood out to me because I'm definitely passionate about gender equality. It's interesting that the amount of women in the workplace has increased by nearly 20% since 1948. Now women make up almost half of the workforce, so it's incredibly important that women are paid the same wages as men, especially in higher positions. Also, I agree that more women being able to participate more in the economy will definitely improve it. What do you think is the best way to go about reducing the wage gap for top managers and executives?

Hi Elise! your poster caught my eye because after our guest speakers in JLT we have learned a lot about the wage gap and its effects. I learned a lot from your poster, specifically that the average wage gap is approximately $70,000. Do you believe that the wage gap will decrease in the future and what role do you think race plays in the wage gap?
