I learned that the legalization of marijuana can indeed lead to improvements in the economy and reduce incarceration for drug related offenses. Do you think that there are any downsides to legalizing marijuana?

I was drawn to your poster because of the color and interesting topic. I learned about the amount of money the government can make off of taxing marijuana. How long do you think it will take for every state or more likely, the federal government to legalize it?

Hi Shyam! Your poster caught my eye because of the vibrant background. It was interesting to learn just how large of an impact leagalizing marijuana has on these states' economies. However, I was left wondering how this effect would transcribe to the national government if marijuana were to be federally legalized.

Hi Shyam, I was drawn to your poster because there are comparisons between the legalization of sports betting (my topic) and potential legalization of marijuana. From your project I learned that legalization of marijuana in Colorado and Arizona has helped economically and judicially. I was wondering whether/when you expect marijuana to become federally legal.

Hi Shyam, I was drawn to your poster as I found the color scheme to be attractive and I was very interested in seeing the effects of the legalization of marijuana. I learned that the legalization of marijuana can have a significant impact on the economies of the states that choose to legalize it. Although several states have already legalized it with promising results many are still hesitant, do you think we should expect it to continue being legalized state by state or at the federal level?
